Guide to your scale

Petite 5'3-5'6 / 160cm and under; shoe size under 37

Average 5'3-5'7 / 160-170cm; shoe size between 37-40

Grand 5'6" / 170cm and above; shoe size 40+

This is just a generalisation you may not fit one type perfectly.
